Aberfeldy 15 Year Old Whisky Cadillac White Wine Cask is a limited edition release that belongs to the Aberfeldy’s Exceptional Cask Series. It is crafted by Malt Master Stephanie Macleod.
This single malt was aged a minimum of 15 years and finished in sweet Sémillon white wine casks from the Cadillac area in Bordeaux, France.
The brand states, “Finishing this 15-year-old Single Malt in French Semillon Cadillac white wine casks brings a balance of opulence and freshness to the whisky. It exudes notes of yellow fruits, florals, and a burst of citrus, seamlessly melding with Aberfeldy’s signature soft, honeyed character.”
It is bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof).
