Fresh, with winey components, orchard fruit, fresh grapes and yellow apples. Later sweet spicy notes take over on top of a balanced woody background. Fruity freshness is the leitmotiv. Some minor exotic fruits notes are ephemeral and fleeting. Light custard and vanilla ice cream. An interesting and complete single malt.
91Among the whiskies tested in blind tastings and reviews throughout the year, those scoring the best get reselected. These products were then tried once again in a new blind tasting, which means not knowing what they are during the tasting. The only indication on the sample concerns the ABV content: a red mark states that the product has an ABV higher than 50% (100° proof). The test results are then compared, and the TOP 10 is made.</p
