Buzzard’s Roost 8 Year Old Repeal Day Single Barrel Bourbon (2025 Release) is set to debut with an ABV of 56.7% and a suggested retail price of $125. It will be available at the distillery and online.
This bourbon, aged for 8 years in charred and toasted oak barrels, features a mashbill of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley. It launched during the distillery’s third annual Repeal Day party in downtown Louisville, where co-founders Judy Hollis Jones and Jason Brauner lead a barrel-rolling parade.
