Heaven Hill has unveiled the second edition of its Grain-to-Glass Straight Bourbon, following the 2024 debut. This limited release is bottled at 52.5% ABV and carries a suggested retail price of $100. Availability is limited, making it a coveted addition for bourbon enthusiasts.
Crafted with a mashbill of 52% corn, 35% rye, and 13% malted barley, this year’s release features a notable twist: the corn used is Beck’s 6225, grown by Peterson Farms in Nelson County, Kentucky. Aged for 6 years at Heaven Hill’s Cox’s Creek rickhouse, the bourbon continues the distillery’s collaboration with Indiana-based Beck’s Hybrids.
In conjunction with the release, Heaven Hill has launched Family Farms First, an initiative developed with nonprofit Farm Rescue to support family-owned farms. A portion of every Grain-to-Glass bottle sold—up to $100,000 annually—will be donated to Farm Rescue, which has aided over 1,000 farm families across eight states over the past two decades.
