High West High Country is the brand’s American Single Malt expression, entirely distilled and blended by High West without using any sourced whiskeys. It is matured for 4 to 8 years in a combination of used and new charred white American oak barrels, with a portion finished in French oak Ruby Port, Oloroso Sherry, and Pedro Ximénez (PX) Sherry barrels. It is bottled at 44.8% ABV (89.6 proof).
This whiskey is now available in limited quantities exclusively in Utah, including at the brand’s distillery and Saloon locations. The suggested retail price is $79.99.
