Laws Whiskey House in Denver has introduced a new Bourbon to its Four Grain lineup, named Founder’s Select. This bourbon features a mashbill of 60% corn, 20% heirloom wheat, 10% heirloom rye, and 10% heirloom malted barley, and is aged for four years, making it older than the standard and cask-strength versions but younger than the 7-year bottled in bond variant. The grains are sourced from two Colorado family farms in the San Luis Valley.
Founder’s Select is proofed at 45% ABV, and retails for $43 a bottle and is available at the Laws Whiskey House Whiskey Sanctuary in Denver and local retailers.
