O.H. Ingram, known for aging its whiskeys on retrofitted barges in the Mississippi River, has launched a new Wheated Bourbon called Uncharted. This blend consists of 47 barrels, including 4–6 year old bourbons distilled at Green River to Ingram’s specifications.
Uncharted shares the same mashbill as the River Aged 107 Proof Wheated Bourbon but has a notably lower proof, making it Ingram’s lowest-proof whiskey to date. It is bottled at an ABV of 46% and retails for $40 per bottle. The availability is limited.
