The Ardbeg Lord of the Isles (OB 2001) is a legendary bottling. It’s a 25 Year from Ardbeg distillery and is very well know and apprecciated among the aficionados.
Light peat, yellow fruit, citrus, lemon, cedar and white pepper. Very aromatic.

Overall this 2001 batch is a very interesting whisky. The peat is light peat, due to the long aging. Extremely balanced and elegant.
