Notes are well interleaved, providing together a great aromatic complexity. There are for sure some winey components, fresh and fruity, providing a global white wine sensation in terms of bouquet, with orchard fruit and fresh grapes. After this initial sensation more spicy (still sweet) notes are taking over, on top of a balanced woody background. Very interesting and complete.
Fruity freshness is still present, for a global sensation of a basket of fresh apples and peaches. Some minor exotic fruits notes at moments. Light custard and vanilla ice cream. Gourmand, yet fresh.
Medium-long. The finish is again on fruit, with some vanilla and fresh white wine notes.
Armorik Maitre de Chai is a rich, complex experience, where the several casks used are playing together like an orchestra, with all the notes well balanced, with no one taking over the other. Fresh, fruity, perfumy, for a very different experience.
