Bunnahabhain is a distillery known for a nice core-range and a large number of casks selected by independent bottlers. This practice allows you to taste many different spirits, sometimes distant from the traditional character of the distillery. Today's bottle is the result of the union of two barrels, 5823 and 5825, selected and mixed by Wilson&Morgan. Wilson&Morgan is a well-known independent Italian bottler responsible for great Bunnahabhain of the recent past.
the spicy part is remarkable, paprika and black pepper, combined with smokey hints. Red fruits, black cherry and plum, and a few candied fruits that emerge after several minutes. 85% bitter chocolate.
austere sweetness, red fruits and pear, strawberry and cherry. Then the spices are amplified, black pepper and paprika, coming to dark chocolate. Notable complexity.
