The Frapin Château de Fontpinot XO is made entirely by the Frapin family, who cultivate the grapes, harvest them, produce the distillate and age it. This bottling is part of the Trésors Du Château, a prestigious line, which also includes several vintages. Founded in southwestern France in 1270, the Frapin winery has been a family of winemakers and then distillers for 21 generations. Their vineyard boasts 240 hectares in Grande Champagne.
