The Glencadam 21 Years Old is a Scotch Whisky. The 21 Years Old is a whisky matured in ex-Bourbon barrels, which (the same goes for the 10 Year Old as well) is not cold filtered and does not use any colorings in its products.
fresh, with hints of freshly cut grass. Then yellow apple, cedar wood and sweet scents of honey and vanilla. After a few moments, wheat, caramel and a hint of banana are also outlined.
sweet. The yellow apple is presented again, along with a note of licorice, malt and honey. Wooden hints in the background (slightly bitter).
longish and drying. Very grassy.
Compared to the 10 year, this Glencadam 21 Years Old has much more to tell. It is a good product, sold at a good price.
