The Maxime Trijol VSOP is a cognac, made by the family that represents one of the largest distillers in Cognac. This is the VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale) Grande Champagne version, which means that it is aged for at least 5 years. The casks are made of French oak, mainly coming from the Limousin forest. For its making, the used grapes are almost exclusively Ugni Blanc.
It delivers notes of wood, nail polish and ginger, followed by caramel and white pepper. Hints of honey are also perceptible.
