Noah's Mill is a small batch bourbon, which means that it is not produced in large volumes and consequently is not always easy to find. On the market there are both the 75 cl bottle (as shown in the image) and the 70 cl bottle.
This bourbon is created starting from whiskeys that have an aging of between 4 and 20 years.
A profusion of aromas of cherries in alcohol, wood and vanilla are enriched with cocoa and floral notes. There is also a spicy vein. Very performing on the nose, it releases rich and very inviting aromas.
Cherries in alcohol and vanilla are confirmed. Then white pepper and candied fruit, together with a touch of citrus, where cedar and orange peel stand out. To complete the sweet bouquet, caramel also reaches the palate.
Long persistence, with notes of white pepper, vanilla and cedar peel. Sweet and intense.
Overall, Noah's Mill has an intense, satisfying and explosive aromatic palette, thanks also to a particularly high alcohol content. Well structured.
