Tasting notes YOICHI SINGLE MALT

Nose

rich notes of citrus, lemon and citron in particular. Then pear and ginger get developed as well. Lastly, marine hints comes to the nose, completing the aromatic palette.

Palate

the citrus notes are still well perceivale, but they result lighter than what they appeared to the nose. Now there are also some suave peaty and smoky notes.

Final

the persistente is short. Notes of wood and light peat are notiaciable.

Overall, the Yoichi Single Malt is an easy product to enojoy. Better performing to the nose, compared to the palate, it can ben considered a very good product to start the exploration of the Japanese terroir.
