Being a BIB means that it is the product of one distillation season from one distiller, is aged for at least 4 years in a federally bonded warehouse, and is bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV).
The distillery is sited in Austin, Texas, and it was founded in 2015. The brand operates as a fully grain to glass operation and source all their grains from local Texas farmers and before aging their products. For this bottling, made with 100% Texas-grown grains, the recipe is as follos: 26% blue corn, 25% white corn, 44% rye, 5% malted barley.
