Master distiller Stephen Beam describes it as a classic Kentucky bourbon, highlighting its sweetness without being over-oaked. Yellowston’s legacy remains one of the oldest continuously sold bourbons in the U.S.
This 8-year-old bourbon is made from 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley. Released in 2025 at Limestone Branch’s distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky, it is now available nationwide at select retailers. It is bottled at 55% ABV and has a suggested retail price of $70.
