Kilchoman is the only Islay distillery that produces whisky in-house from the barley fields to the ageing and bottling process. Kilchoman Sanaig is one of their core-range product. The distilley opened in 2005, after 124 years of quiet on the island.
peat and smoke notes come first, followed by bacon, vanilla and citrus fruit: lemon and citron.
