TASTING NOTES LONGROW 13 RED

Nose

there is the peat, which is not excessive, and which recalls scents of barnyard. The spices are outlined, which vary after a few moments: you go from white pepper to black pepper, there are also hints of cola perceptible afterwards. A rather pronounced note of milk chocolate, together with unripe red fruits, complete the aromatic palette.

Palate

the mouth feel is sweet and spicy. There are unripe berries, then dried fruits (dates and figs), giving off a sugary sweetness that is not excessive. Then there are black pepper and cocoa. Lastly, notes of coffee powder are outlined. The intensity is evident, especially after a few moments.

Finale

long persistence and round. It reveals black pepper, coffee, cocoa and unripe red fruits. A smoked note is also perceptible.

Slightly "nervous" in some passages, by dedicating the right amount of attention to it, it is definitely a product to try.
