For more than a century, Rhum HSE has been one of the main producers of rhum agricole in Martinique. This exclusive collaboration with Kilchoman showcases a six-year old liquor with a four-month finish in Islay peated single malt casks. The result is surprising: the rustic flavor of agricultural rum melts with the potency of peat in a bold product.

93Among the rum tested during the year in blind tastings and reviews, those who scored the best were selected. These products were then tested once again in a new blind tasting, which means not knowing what they are during the tasting. The only indication on the sample concerns the ABV content: a red mark states that the product has an ABV higher than 50% (100° proof). The test results are then compared, and the TOP 10 is made.
