Tribute to the Autumnal Equinox in September, which hails the end of summer and the dawn of a new season. This single malt has been created by Whisky Maker Sarah Burgess to reproduce the typical sensation of the transition between summer and autumn.
Golden and intense, vibrant, and elegant. The fruity dimension is multi-faceted and ripe, with golden plums, apricots, peaches, yellow apples, and sultanas, with some brown sugar on top. Sweet spices add to the high complexity. A real masterpiece, with a long-lasting pleasant finish featuring an enticing slightly bitter note, which resonates on the palate.
93Among the whiskies tested in blind tastings and reviews throughout the year, those scoring the best get reselected. These products were then tried once again in a new blind tasting, which means not knowing what they are during the tasting. The only indication on the sample concerns the ABV content: a red mark states that the product has an ABV higher than 50% (100° proof). The test results are then compared, and the TOP 10 is made.</p
