The nose opens up with rich notes of caramel, dark cherry, seasoned oak, toasted pecan, and baking spices. The palate is full and velvety with maple candy, vanilla bean, dried orchard fruit, and a touch of tobacco leaf. The long, warming finish echoes spiced oak, cocoa, and lingering fruit sweetness, resulting in an opulent, polished, and impeccably balanced bourbon.

These products were then tried once again in a new blind tasting, which means not knowing what they are during the tasting. The only indication on the sample concerns the ABV content: a red mark states that the product has an ABV higher than 50% (100° proof). The test results are then compared, and the TOP 10 is made.
