Green River has introduced a barrel-strength wheated bourbon to its permanent lineup, made from a mashbill of 70% corn, 21% wheat, and 9% malted barley.
Aged for 5 to 7 years in heat-trapping clay tile warehouses, this whiskey has an ABV of 54.65% and a suggested retail price of $50. Proof varies by batch, ranging from 109 to 116.
Acquired by Lofted Spirits in August 2022, Green River is now focusing on building its own brand, moving contract distillation under Lofted Custom Spirits.
