Penelope Riviera American Whiskey

Penelope Riviera blends 8-year American Light Whiskey with straight bourbon, finished in Spanish rosé wine casks.

Designed for warm weather, it will hit retailers this month as part of Penelope’s Cooper series, named after co-founder Daniel Polise’s son.

This series features whiskeys aged in wine casks from various countries. Riviera has an ABV of 47%, an SRP of $80, and is available nationwide.
