The GlenAllachie distillery has launched its latest addition to the core range of single malts, the 21-year-old Cask Strength Batch 7.
This whisky undergoes primary aging in bourbon barrels, followed by secondary maturation in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks.
The whisky is bottled at 51.9% ABV, without added coloring or chill filtration. The GlenAllachie 21-year-old Cask Strength Batch 7 is available now, priced at £297.99, with global availability to follow.
