Sazerac’s AJ Bond, the first Tennessee whiskey, is now hitting shelves. Details on the mashbill are limited, but it’s a blend of pot and column still distillates, with some aged up to 9 years. The whiskey underwent charcoal filtration and aged in Tennessee oak.
It has an ABV of 47.5%, a suggested retail price of $40, and is initially available in Tennessee, with national distribution expected later this year.
