The Ardara Distillery, home of Sliabh Liag Distillers, launched the 2026 Edition of Ardara Single Malt Irish Whiskey.
The 2026 Edition comes in two ABV’s, a 46% and a Cask Strength 60.9%. The whiskey is made using The Ardara Method: heavily peated, all grain in, and triple distilled.
“Every bottle features a dragonfly, symbolizing our mission to revive Donegal’s hidden whiskey tradition,” James added.
