Chattanooga Whiskey’s fifth release in its limited edition Barrel Finishing Series features a whiskey crafted from a blend of five bourbon mash bills, including the brand’s classic wheat and roasted mash bills.
This whiskey is aged for over four years, with six months spent in pinot noir casks. These finishing casks were sourced from the Russian River Valley in Sonoma County. After aging, the whiskey is bottled at an ABV of 47.5% (95 proof).
It is now available in select markets and at the brand’s Experimental Distillery in downtown Chattanooga. The suggested retail price is $59.99.
