The Dry Fly Rye Whiskey Batch #1 is the a 100% Rye Whiskey and it marks the first Rye Dry Fly Distilling has every Done.

The Rye is grown outside of Ritzville, WA, and states “It creates an amazingly smooth, yet peppery whiskey.”

With very few barrels in selection, this bottling will be offered only once a year in single barrel format.

For this year, the Barrel #921, containing a liquid aged more than 5 years, has been bottled at 90 Proof (45% ABV).
