The Frey Ranch Farm Strength Uncut Bourbon is a small batch four-grain bourbon, bottled cask strength. This is why on the label there is the “Farm Strength” written.
Compared to the traditional expression, the recipe for this Farm Strength is the same, but it is not bottled at the brand’s standard 46% ABV (92 proof), but ranges from 60 to 66% (120-132 proof).
Like all the other whiskeys made from the brand, it is made from 100% grains grown on the Frey Ranch. The mash bill is 66.6% dent corn, 10% winter wheat, 11.4% winter rye, and 12% two-row malted barley. The bourbon is an average of around 5 years and is bottled without chill-filtration at cask strength.
It is available in California, Nevada, Arizona, Ohio, Georgia, and the Frey Ranch Tasting Room. The SRP is $79.99.
