The George Dickel Bottled in Bond Distilled 2007 is a return to Bottled in Bond for Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. This release is about a 13 years old whisky from a spring distilling season. The mash bill is made of 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley. It is bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV).

The availability will start this May, with an SRP of $44.99.
