The GlenAllachie has launched its 21-year-old Cask Strength Batch 7. This new expression ages first in bourbon barrels and then is finished in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks.
“Rather than aiming for consistency, we’re focused on improvement. Batch 7 reveals opulent layers of baked ginger and mocha with a mānuka honey finish and is the finest expression we’ve created,” says Master Distiller Billy Walker.
Bottled at 51.9% ABV, the GlenAllachie 21-year-old Cask Strength Batch 7 is available now for £297.99 and will be launched globally soon.
