The Keeper’s Heart Irish + Bourbon Cask Strength is made from a blend of Irish whiskey and bourbon, as the name suggests.
To create the blend, a triple-distilled pot still Irish whiskey, an Irish grain whiskey and a bourbon made with 76% corn were used. All three whiskeys were aged over 4 years.
It was blended by Brian Nation, former Master Distiller for brands such as Jameson, Redbreast, and Midleton Irish Whiskeys.
It is bottled at 118 proof (59% ABV). The Keeper’s Heart Irish + Bourbon Cask Strength is already available, with an SRP of $49.99.
