The Laphroaig Càirdeas 2024 was crafted by Master Blender Calum Fraser.
Cask Favourites pays homage to two Càirdeas bottlings from the past: the Triple Wood from 2019 and the PX Cask from 2021. For this release, the single malt whiskey was initially aged in over-charred first- and second-fill ex-bourbon and quarter casks, and then it underwent a finishing period in PX casks.
After being aged for a minimum of 10 years, it was bottled at 52.4% ABV (105.4 proof).
