Nikka Whisky is reintroducing Miyagikyo 10-year-old; this marks the first age-statement release since 2015.
The refreshed bottle features a Japanese washi paper label with deep green accents, reflecting the distillery’s surroundings. The whisky is matured in a mix of sherry casks, new American oak, and remade casks.
It has an ABV of 45% and a suggested retail price of $175. It is available in limited quantities in select retailers. The return of Miyagikyo 10-year-old is expected to be an ongoing release with future batches planned.
