The New Riff 8-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon is the oldest release from New Riff Distilling to date. It is an 8-year-old bourbon made of a mash bill consisting of 65% corn, 30% rye, and 5% malted barley, which is the same as the regular Kentucky Straight Bourbon. However, this release is not bottled in bond, and it’s the product of two distilling seasons, which disqualifies it for that designation.
It is bottled without chill-filtration at 100 proof (50% ABV).
