Infrequent Flyers Fettercairn 14yo 2007 (cask 1823) is a sherried release from the brand of Alistair Walker, established in 2018 in Falkirk, central Scotland.
Intensely sherried, with tons of raisins, plums jam, even some rhubarb essence and petrichor. Winter spices which are used in some of hot wines from the North. At times it goes even into earthy notes. It is rather wintery and maybe better with some drops of water.
The level of sweetness is important, yet similar components to the nose ones are boasting off, with dark red fruit (plums at their best) and even ginger biscuits covered in chocolate. Dates.

Maybe few drops of water would help managing the intensity.
