The Timorous Beastie Port Finish is a limited edition belonging to the Cheese Cellar Collection, a line dedicated to the perfect pairing between whisky and cheese.
The casks selected in this Highlands blended malt were finished over several months in Port casks. It has not colouring added and it is not chill-filtered. The best pairing is said to be chosen to Stilton cheese.
