Cask strength edition of their 50% ABV version. The primary mash grain is toasted blue corn. It is matured in Virgin American barrels.
On the nose caramel, with wood spices, cinnamon, and butter biscuits. Then intense aromas of vanilla and butterscotch. A touch of pecan nut, followed by pine needles. On the palate, it is rich and round, warm and spicy. There are pecans, butterscotch, cinnamon, apricot, and seasoned wood. To complete, maple syrup. The finish is long and toasted, with notes of cinnamon, wood spices, and hints of coffee, along with a balsamic touch.

These products were then tried once again in a new blind tasting, which means not knowing what they are during the tasting.
