Minoki Japanese Single Origin Rum

Yoshino Spirits and Kamiki Shuzo unveil Minoki Japanese Single Origin Rum, an exceptionally rare expression of Japan’s artisanal rum heritage.

Inspired by the legend of the Ocean Princess, Minoki is aged in Mizunara oak casks and coral-filtered. Crafted from local sugarcane on Japan’s tropical islands, the 8-Year-Old and 15-Year-Old expressions are among the rarest Japanese rums, with national production under 10,000 cases annually.

This limited release is available globally on a first-come, first-served basis: 1,900 bottles of the 8YO and 1,200 of the 15YO only. Both releases are bottled at an ABV of 40%.
