Still 630 has launched the Indomitable Spirit of America, a new line of 12 bottled-in-bond single-barrel bourbons to celebrate the U.S. 250th anniversary. Each expression features the same mashbill of Missouri corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley, marked by historical dates.
The first release, 1776, honors the Declaration of Independence, is 5 years old, and aged in Missouri oak. Monthly releases will be available for tasting at the distillery on the first Friday of each month, with bottles for purchase the following day.
This bottling comes in with a 50% ABV and retails for $76 per bottle. It is available online.
