Redbreast Moscatel Wine Cask Edition (ABV: 46%, SRP: $110) is the fifth release in the Iberian Series, widely available and imported by Pernod Ricard USA. Crafted by master blender David McCabe, this triple-distilled Irish single pot still whiskey is first matured in American whiskey and Spanish oloroso sherry casks, then finished for 16 months in Málaga moscatel wine casks from Bodegas Quitapenas.

The Iberian Series celebrates the legacy of W&A Gilbey’s, who began importing fortified wines and sherries in the late 1800s, and was launched by Irish Distillers in 2021.
