Garrison Brothers Distillery has announced this year’s Lady Bird bourbon (ABV: 57%, SRP: $180), benefiting the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center. This infused bourbon starts as Small Batch, aged for 4 years, then blended with Burleson’s Texas Wildflower honey for 8–9 months, finishing in French oak XO cognac casks for 3 years.
There are 7,000 bottles available. A limited-edition cask-strength single-barrel version will also be available for $190. Remaining bottles can be found at select retailers starting next month.
