Heaven Hill has announced the release of the 20 Year Heritage Collection Kentucky Straight Corn Whiskey this coming March. This product, distilled each spring, is made from one of the six traditional mash bills produced by Heaven Hill.
For the second edition, the distillery has selected a whiskey aged 20 years, obtained from a mash bill of 80% corn, 12% malted barley and 8% rye. The lot is limited to 110 casks, which were filled in October 2002 and left to rest on the 3rd floor of the 1K rickhouse.
This obviously limited reference will be available soon (as mentioned, from next March), at a suggested price of $ 289.99.
