Since its launch in 2020, Highland Park’s Cask Strength range has been the brand’s permanent core expression. Production of each release varies slightly.
This fifth batch, crafted by Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion, was mainly matured in first-fill sherry seasoned European oak casks, along with Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
It is bottled at 64.7% ABV (129.4) without chill-filtration or added color.
Batch No. 5 is already available, for a suggested retail price of $100.
