Hirsch Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Hirsch Selected Whiskeys has announced the release of their Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon. This will be the brand’s first-ever single barrel release. Hirsch stated that the bourbon is aged for a minimum of six years in new American Oak, in Bardstown, Kentucky. Bourbon is non-chill filtered, and has a mash bill of 72% corn, 13% rye and 15% malted barley. The single barrel bottlings are single barrel expressions from 57 barrels.
