The Wood Finishing Series 2023 BEP is the limited edition of Maker’s Mark, now in its fifth release considering the first release of 2019.
“BEP” is the acronym for Barrel Entry Proof and indicates the alcohol content of the distillate before being added in the cask (55% ABV). The final product is bottled, at full strength, at an ABV between 54% and 57%. For this edition, the staves of virgin American oak barrels are toasted to a level 10.
It is already being distributed in the US market at a suggested price of $69.99.
