Midnight Malt bears the typical signature of the production process used by the brand (distilled 2.81 times).
American and European oak barrels are used for the first phase of aging, then the whiskey was divided, to be aged in Bordeaux, Calvados and Guatemalan rum barrels. At the end of the process, the whiskeys were married in specially created quarter casks, for a total aging time of at least 30 years.
