The Mount Gay PX Sherry Cask Expression represents the sixth edition of Mount Gay’s Master Blender Collection, and it is crafted with an exclusive blend of some of the oldest rum stocks in the Mount Gay bonds.
It is a small batch rum, made in the traditional house style of blending together pot and column still rums. It is made from a blend of pot and column still rums aged a minimum of 20 years in ex-American whiskey barrels in Barbados and finished for an additional year in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
Mount Gay PX Sherry Cask Expression is bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof) and is non-chill filtered. It is limited to 4.200 bottles. It is already available, and the SRP is $270.
