963 8 Year Old Blended Malt is a Japanese blended whiskey, which is created in the Sasanokawa Shuzo distillery. Since 1946, this distillery started producing whiskey, and since then the company has grown in importance. The well-known Yamazakura is produced right here. The whiskeys used to make this product are aged for at least 8 years.
Floral and fruity hints, where apple stands out, are followed by cocoa and a sweet spiciness. There are also some slightly smoky tips.
Intense and enveloping. Sweet fruity notes are outlined, mainly apple and apricot, and hints of dried fruit with shells (walnut).
Medium-long persistence. Releases intense spicy notes of wood and wood. Fruity echoes.
